Louisa-Marie Potter

Louisa is one of Central’s Pilates Tutors.

Louisa graduated from the New Zealand School of Dance in 1996. She then did her Pilates training with Alan Herdman in 2003 and has since worked with many leading London studios including Alan Herdman Studios from 2003-2013 and at Millennium Dance from 2003-2011. In 2008 she joined Central.

“I really enjoy helping students to make break throughs with their technique or to recover from injury. Being injured is always a difficult time for dancers and it’s rewarding to help them though that phase of their careers. I particularly enjoy seeing our graduates when they pop back to the studios to visit.”
